General Conditions / Guidelines
1. Conditions - All subsequent orders placed before credit is established with Acme Window and Door Hardware, LLC will be on “Full payment in advance” - All taxes imposed by any government authority shall be paid by the purchaser on any transaction between Acme Window and Door Hardware, LLC and the purchaser. - Lead time for first initial order is within 8 weeks. - Will stock up to 2 months’ worth of products in our warehouse at Hatfield, PA 19440 for immediate shipping if requested and P.O provided by the customers. - Advance authorization is required for all goods to be return to Acme Window and Door Hardware, LLC in all cases of defective product or incorrect shipments due to an error on Acme Window and Door Hardware, LLC`s part. Freight on all return goods must be prepaid and merchandise must be received within 30 days of date of authorization
2. List price (Published price) - Subject to change at any time with notice to reflect changes in cost due to material or labor increase.

4. Freight • F.O.B Hatfield, PA 19440 with options: - UPS ground collect - UPS ground prepaid & charge back - Purchaser`s choices - Freight prepaid: Apply to bulk purchase with direct shipment from our manufacturing in Shanghai to the customers locations
5. Terms - 2% discount if pay within 10 days or (Does not apply to freight prepaid & charge back) - Net 30 days
6. Warranty - All Acme Window and Door Hardware, LLC products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear or discoloration on finishes, or any product which has been improperly installed, abused, misused, worn out, altered, used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended, or in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use, nor does it cover corrosion related damage - If any product manufactured by Acme Window and Door Hardware, LLC is found to be defective by Acme Window and Door Hardware, LLC in its sole judgment, Acme Window and Door Hardware, LLC will, at its option, either repair or replace such defective product. - Acme Window and Door Hardware, LLC’s liability is limited only to the replacement value of the hardware - Acme Window and Door Hardware, LLC SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE TO ANY BUYER FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR THE LABOR WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF SAID PRODUCT, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, ON THE BASIS OF STRICT LIABILITY, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
